Refund Policy

Our commitment to transparency and fair play extends to our refund process.

1. Refund Eligibility

We want every player to have a fair and enjoyable experience. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Technical errors caused by the Platform that prevented you from participating in a quiz you had paid to enter.
  • Duplicate charges or payments processed in error.
  • Quiz cancellations initiated by The Great Gautam Show where entry fees were collected.
  • Unauthorized transactions on your account (subject to investigation).

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Quizzes you participated in and received results for, regardless of your score or ranking.
  • Disqualification due to violations of our Terms of Service or anti-cheat policies.
  • Voluntary withdrawal from a quiz after it has started.
  • Network or device issues on your end that affected your performance.
  • Expired promotional credits, bonus coins, or free entry passes.
  • Any amount below ₹10 (minimum refundable amount).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Email us at support@greatgautamshow.com with the subject line 'Refund Request - [Your Username]'.

Step 2: Include the following details in your email: • Your registered email address and username • Quiz name and date of the quiz • Transaction ID or payment reference number • A clear description of the issue and reason for the refund

Step 3: Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with a decision.

4. Refund Timelines

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests made after this period may not be honored.

Once a refund is approved, processing times are as follows:

• Wallet Balance: Credited instantly to your in-app wallet. • UPI / Net Banking: 3-5 business days. • Credit / Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank). • Other Methods: Up to 14 business days.

Please note that bank processing times are outside our control. If your refund has not appeared after the stated period, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

5. Prize Disputes

If you believe there is an error in prize distribution (incorrect amount, missing prize, or wrong ranking), please contact us within 48 hours of the leaderboard being declared.

All prize disputes will be investigated thoroughly. Our scoring engine logs are the definitive record and final decisions will be based on these logs.

Prizes withheld due to Terms of Service violations are not subject to dispute. However, you may appeal an account suspension by contacting our support team.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
