By accessing or using The Great Gautam Show platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notifications.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and participate in quizzes on the Platform.

Users under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a minor to use the Platform, you accept full responsibility for their activity.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must not share your account with others or allow multiple people to use a single account during quizzes.

Notify us immediately at support@greatgautamshow.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

All quizzes are conducted in real-time with server-side timing as the single source of truth. You must answer within the allotted time for each question.

The use of bots, automated scripts, screen-sharing software, browser extensions, or any external assistance during live quizzes is strictly prohibited.

Our anti-cheat system monitors for suspicious activity including tab-switching, copy-paste actions, and abnormal response patterns. Violations may result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.

Late joiners after a quiz has started may be restricted from participating to maintain fairness for all players.

Prizes are awarded based on final leaderboard standings as determined by the Platform's scoring engine. All decisions regarding scores and rankings are final.

Cash prizes are credited to your in-app wallet immediately after the final leaderboard is declared. You may withdraw funds subject to minimum withdrawal limits and KYC verification.

Prize amounts, eligibility criteria, and distribution methods may vary between quizzes and are specified before each quiz begins.

The Platform reserves the right to withhold prizes if any violation of these Terms is detected, either during or after the quiz.

You shall not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Harassment, abuse, threats, or discrimination against other users, moderators, or staff is strictly prohibited.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, security systems, or anti-cheat mechanisms.

Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages or circumvent bans is not allowed and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

All content on the Platform — including quiz questions, graphics, logos, UI design, and software — is the intellectual property of The Great Gautam Show or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

By submitting content (such as quiz suggestions or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display that content.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or reliability.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, revenue, or prizes.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. System maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon deactivation, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
